Delivery

Delivery

UK standard delivery is FREE for all items, except books. Orders will be dispatched in 1-2 days and sent with First Class Royal Mail.

Tracked delivery is also available, orders will be dispatched within 1 working day with Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).

Delivery to Europe costs between £1.50 - £6.50 and should usually arrive within a week, but could take longer. Please contact me if you'd like to use a tracked service.

Delivery to the rest of the world costs between £2.50 - £7.50 and should usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, but could take longer. Please contact me if you'd like to use a tracked service.

Returns

You have 28 days from dispatch to return your order for a full refund. You must ensure products ar returned in their original, saleable condition and the cost of return postage will not be refunded.

Environment & Sustainability

In October 2021, I started working with Jump Design & Print. Jump are eco-friendly print experts - they even power their print workshop using renewable energy derived from their solar panelled roof. They are one of the few World Land Trust Carbon Balanced Printers in the UK, they work with Ecologi to offset their employees’ carbon footprint and they are a certified B Corp.

Alongside Jump, I work with Printed.com, where my greetings cards are printed on recycled card. Printed.com is committed to reducing their impact on the environment, they promote choosing recycled paper to all their customers, are committed to investing in technology that reduces waste and are a 'zero to landfill' site, with 95% of waste being recycled and the remaining 5% converted into refuse derived fuel.
